Commissioners OK Kissengen subdivision on first reading

BARTOW — At first, city commissioners at the April 3 regular meeting did not appear to favor approving an amendment to an ordinance that would allow for the development of a subdivision on Kissengen Avenue.

The first reading and consideration of Ordinance No. 2017-08, would rezone about 22.03 acres from R-1A, Single Family Residential, to PD, Planned Development.
