There is some plastic in this second floor room at the Polk County History Center in Bartow as renovation is underway there. The Division of Historical Resources paid $100,000 for the repair and Polk County paid $50,000 for the repair that should finish in September.

Some paintings at the Polk County History Center in Bartow are covered but all the exhibits remain open as repair and replacement of segments of the interior plaster walls is underway there. The project being paid for by the state and the county will be finished in October.
