Michael Graves, a senior geologist with A-C-T Environmental and Infrastructure Inc., earned his Florida Water Well Contractor License and Eric Jonsson, certified industrial hygienist, earned his State of Florida Asbestos Consultant License and Mold Assessor Certification.
Graves’ Water Well Contractors license allows A-C-T to install, repair and close wells, statewide. This is particularly beneficial to the firm’s clients in the phosphate and agriculture industries, but also to local government clients, the Department of Environmental Protection and even private property owners.
Jonsson’s Mold Assessor Certification allows statewide investigations of indoor air quality issues as they relate to mold or suspected mold infestations. Additionally, the State of Florida requires everyone who does asbestos work to be under the direct supervision of a licensed asbestos consultant. Having earned this license as well, Jonsson can now oversee subcontractors and A-C-T’s own staff in this area of work.
“Statewide licenses and certifications such as those recently earned set our firm and our staff apart as experts in these areas and enhance our response to clients. In a nutshell, being fully credentialed ensures that A-C-T can continue to meet or exceed customer expectations in these areas of expertise across Florida and beyond,” A-C-T’s President Rob Kincart, said.
