I want to thank everyone who has contributed to my campaign, called, messaged and requested signs for their businesses or yards. I am humbled by your confidence in me and I will not let you down.
I am a local business owner who has been driven by an insatiable desire to constantly improve and impact the city of Bartow. I have been passionately involved for over a decade, contributing my business experience, artistic talents and other creative skills throughout the Bartow community. My motivation is simply to make things better. Bartow has made great strides of improvement in the last 6 years, and this trend must continue.
I have a proven track record of community service. My relationships with our current city commissioners and city manager are harmonious and respectful. My experience and relationships built on a common purpose to advance Bartow, will allow me to be a valuable and contributing commissioner to move Bartow forward. I will continue on our path of economic recovery and business development.
I ask you, the voters in this upcoming election on April 1st, to do your research as I have done to be informed. Look at the City’s budget (better than it was six years ago), the strategic plan (we never had one before), and evaluate where we are now in contrast to where we were 6 years ago. Financially, the external auditor recently recognized Bartow as one of the few cities in Florida receiving an overall favorable rating based upon financial benchmarks by the Florida Auditor General’s Office. This milestone is substantial.
I thank all those who have already voiced their vote by absentee ballot. For those yet to vote, I encourage you to come to the polls on Tuesday, April 1st, Bartow Civic Center and VOTE for Patricia “Trish” Burdin Pfeiffer. Thank you, Bartow!
TRISH BURDIN PFEIFFER
