Mary Margaret's Tea & Biscuit opened in September 2009. The owners quickly purchased a neighboring building to expand as sales raced forward.

Arcadia’s historic downtown district survived another snowbird season.

But how well its merchants performed depends on who’s asked. One had great sales, others closed, and still others are moving around the downtown in the game of musical storefronts.
