‘The customer is always right” is a phrase all of us have known and heard for many years.
I think we’ve all experienced some terrible examples of service in our lives. I recalled one of those times about 10 years ago. It was a cellphone carrier that no longer exists. My cellphone plan was not supposed to include texting. Remember those days? But, for some reason, my adolescent daughter was able to activate texting on her phone without my permission.
