We’re excited that the committee formed to help pick the next Arcadia City Administrator has finally had its first meeting. It’s been almost three months since Judi Jankosky resigned, and we’d like the city to settle on its permanent administrator quickly.
The panel of five plans to meet again Jan. 14 to come up with a list of qualifications for the new administrator, along with a budget for advertising and other expenses. They’ll get their final job description and list of requirements to City Council by Feb. 4 so they can then start advertising, with the goal of having a list of five finalists by March 4.
