A storm front moving through Southwest Florida will bring with it the threat of severe thunderstorms and even a possible tornado, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service’s Tampa office said.
The storm front will move into the area late tonight or early Tuesday morning, said Andrew McKaughan, a meteorologist with the agency. Wind gusts could reach up to 28 miles per hour, he said.
