The DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kevin Michael Zetrouer, 46, of the 1800 block of N.E. Kelly Drive, Arcadia, on multiple drug-related charges, as well as one charge of child neglect.

According to the arrest report, on Dec. 13 DCSO officers raided the Kelly Drive house under a search warrant, following an investigation indicating drugs might be found at the residence. Once inside the house, they attempted to gain access to a bedroom. Zetrouer was inside but refused to open the door so DCSO breached the door and detained Zetrouer.
