The DeSoto County girls’ basketball team said goodbye to their two seniors with a 53-28 win over Hardee Jan. 10. Ladeja Dennis and Tishonna Riley represented eight years of varsity basketball experience and will be hard to replace next season.

After struggling through the first half and never taking the lead until the second period, the Lady Bulldogs used a 35-point second half to pull away from the Wildcats. In their first meeting Dec. 6, the Bulldogs needed a 46-point second half to win 69-37.
