Three DeSoto County High School seniors were recognized before their last home game against Avon Park. Dequan Richardson, Chris Montgomery and Nycarion Williams all play vital roles as impact players for the varsity Bulldog basketball team, and each has a special place in coach Richard Koonce’s heart.

“Dequan and Nycarion were here when I started,” he said. “They are both hard working and give everything they have for me. Chris is a smart kid, and he learns quicker than most.”
