A QR CodeĀ (it stands for Quick Response), a mobile phone readable barĀ code, is situated at the east and west entrances to the Wall. When scanned with a free QR Reader mobile app, it brings you to a website where you can look up a name and locate it on the Wall.

Nearly a year after wrapping the initial phase of the Vietnam Wall in Punta Gorda, organizers say fundraising is underway to complete the lauded project.

The Vietnam Wall of Southwest Florida, a nonprofit group, is launching a campaign to raise $450,000 to finish Phase II of its planned upgrades to Veterans Park, which is located at the entrance of Laishley Park and pays homage to more than 58,300 soldiers either killed or missing in action during the Vietnam War.
