Veterans honored with two special visits

Women With A Mission visited the Douglas T. Jacobson State Veterans Home on Thursday and brought fleece lap robes for each women veteran. The robes were made out of material that depicts their own special branch of the service. Featured is Anna Wojtalik with her present.

The Island Coast High School Army JROTC from Cape Coral, Florida, visited Douglas T. Jacobson State Veterans Home, like they do every year, to honor the veterans at the facility. The group is lead by instructor First Sargeant Frank Smith.
