Remembering our seniors for Christmas

ENGLEWOOD — Mike Levine wants to brighten Christmas for as many seniors as possible.

Levine’s hope is to see volunteers deliver holiday gifts to 400 or more seniors in Englewood, Venice and North Port who are in need or are alone. Last year, 200 seniors received gifts. Levine also believes the need is far greater locally, maybe in the thousands, he said.
