A few Vineland Elementary School staff members decided to shuffle positions Tuesday morning as part of an April Fool's Day gag. Kathlyn Casale, who switched positions with the assistant principal Jacqueline Barber, and Rachel Baker, who is principal for the morning, pin a reading award on to Max Glidden's shirt.
