Sometimes folks give me a pitiful look when they find out I am in the newspaper business. “Bless your heart,” they say.
Recently, one of the brightest young people I know, with an IQ 40 points higher than mine, said he didn’t have any friends who read a newspaper. Given that my IQ is closer to a speed limit than genius level, I was sure he must be right. No one reads a newspaper anymore. Or do they?
