Owner Scott was busy doing payroll, so he said I could talk to Tammy Gregory, a waitress of 20 years, and Candice Pearl, a waitress with eight years of experience. Scott’s sister and co-owner, Susie, was not in.
I have to tell you, I liked the place when I came in. Tammy and Candice made me feel immediately at home in the really well-laid-out restaurant. There is an intimate bar area as you enter and the dining room is one of the best-laid-out in the space provided that I have seen.
