The Gulf to Golf luncheon and fashion show by the Women’s Council of Realtors on Friday was a standing-room-only event which raised thousands for the Englewood Community Care Clinic and the Peace River Wildlife Center. There were fashion lines from Ivy’s on Dearborn Ladies Boutique, 446 West Dearborn St., and St. Marco Boutique, 239 W. Venice Ave., in Venice. Ladies also bid on auction items which helped raise more money for the local causes. Banks, air-conditioning companies, a hospital and magazine, hair salons, real estate and title companies also sponsored models who wore shades from Gulf Coast Sunglasses.
