PUNTA GORDA — In just one month, the Charlotte Community Foundation will move into its new $2 million home at the corner of Olympia Avenue and U.S. 41 South. And the two-story, Spanish-style edifice promises to be befitting of an organization that is in the business of creating long-range benefits in the community.

“This building is going to be here for 100 years,” said Brian Presley, chairman of the CCF board. “It provides for a continuity of purpose for our overarching mission.”
