Binks — a 16-month-old bloodhound — took part in his first major search effort Sunday. The hound has been in service with the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office for about three months. He and his handler, Deputy First Class John Mills, were called to assist the Collier County Sheriff's Office with their search for an 80-year-old man, which ended with his discovery Monday.
