ENGLEWOOD — West Coast Church Pastor Nancy Turpin was all over the place Sunday evening as she coached a few dozen performers through dress rehearsal for this week’s “The Living Crucifixion” play.

She flailed her arms in an attempt to show three dancers how she wanted them to move. She pointed out to a teenager playing Jesus as an adolescent how she wanted him to posture himself, and she complained about her own performance in one of the main musical numbers.
