Frances B. Morsch, 94, of Rotonda West, Fla., passed away Sunday, Oct. 20, 2013, at her Charlotte County residence.
She was born April 14, 1919, in Manchester, N.H., she had been a Florida resident for 41 years coming from South Bend, Ind.
Mrs. Morsch was a public school education teacher at the Benjamin-Harrison Elementary School for 37 years prior to retirement. A communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, she was also a choir member and a Past President of the Women’s Guild. Mrs. Morsch loved to dance and sing, and watch the birds from her patio. She appreciated nature and enjoyed a walk along the beach or a stroll in the woods. Mrs. Morsch was a loving person who enjoyed her children and grandchildren; a caring wife and cherished friend.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years, John R. Morsch of Rotonda West; two daughters, Cynthia Vernon of Rotonda West, and Sandra Farr of Fishers, Ind.; three step-daughters, Margaret Saeger of Philadelphia, Pa., Mary Anne Miller of Pittstown, N.J., and Martha Hart of Beesley Point, N.J.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at St. Francis of Assisi Parish.
