Bruce Pattona, 78, of Rotonda West, Fla., passed away Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014.
He was born Dec. 4, 1935, in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Bruce was proud to serve in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a commercial painter employed by the Painters Union, Local 1486. Bruce and his wife of 50 years, Joanne, moved to Rotonda West in 1990 from Stony Brook, Long Island, N.Y.
He is survived by his loving family, including his wife, Joanne; daughter, Dana Caruso of Babylon, N.Y;. sons, Dean Pattona of Bellerose, N.Y., and Robert Pattona of Menifee, Calif.; and grandchildren, Michael and Gianna Caruso, and Alexa and Kaylin Pattona. Bruce was preceded in death by his son, David.
Services are private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bruce’s name to Sunshine Airedale Rescue League, 7611 Lawrence Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33436.
Arrangements are by National Cremation Society.
