Eugenia “Jean” Harvey Hopkins, 91, of Englewood, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014.
She was born Jan. 7, 1923, in Ashland, N.H., to Francis Harvey and Helen Cote Harvey.
Eugenia served in the Armed Forces as a Navy WAVE in World War II, and was a trained dental assistant.
She is survived by her daughters, Victoria Stonestreet of Venice, Fla., and Constance (Scott) Mattlage of Springfield, Mo.; and sons, John Hopkins III of St. Cloud, Minn., and Mark (Kristi Mueller) Hopkins of Miami, Fla. She was the loving wife of John H. Hopkins Jr., who preceded her in death.
Graveside services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by National Cremation Society of Port Charlotte, Fla.
