NORTH PORT — It was a year of growing pains for the North Port High school football team. Now, it’s time for Billy Huthman’s team to get ready for next year.
The Bobcats capped their first season under the coach by showing life after a disastrous first quarter, but Hardee’s defense made sure North Port stayed well in the distance in a 28-6 victory at the Preserve on senior night.
