NORTH PORT — The first two innings doomed North Port High School on Wednesday night as it lost to visiting Braden 4-0 in the semifinals of the District 7A-10 tournament.

North Port, which finished the season at 13-10, gave up all of its runs in the first two innings. The Pirates scored once in the first inning on three straight hits, including a double by Brian Dillingham.
