It was arguably the biggest race of Ryan Schnulle’s life, and he didn’t feel any pressure. That might have been a big reason he shined in the finals of the 800 meters at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship in Eugene, Ore., last Friday.
The pressure had come earlier for the former Charlotte High School standout in the prelims — when he didn’t know if there would be a finals for him.
