Mrs. Pauline G. “Billie” Williams, 90, of Commerce, Ga., died Saturday, March 15, 2014, at her residence.
Mrs. Williams was born in Quitman, Miss., to the late Alman and Dora Elizabeth Prouty Graham. She was a member of Madison Street Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Franklin Williams, Jr.; and brothers, Carlin Alman Graham, James “Red” Graham and Thomas Lee Graham.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her daughters, Juanelle Allen and Maureen Bass both of Commerce, Ga.; sons, Joseph Franklin Williams III of Goshen, Ky., and William G. Williams of Athens, Ga.; brother, Curtis Henry Graham of Meridian, Miss.; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services in Commerce, Ga., will be at 3 p.m., Monday, March 17, 2014, at Madison Street Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Montgomery and Rev. Gerry Wiley officiating.
Following the services in Georgia, funeral services in Quitman, Miss., will be at 3 p.m., Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at Elam Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Elam Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon from 4-6 p.m.
