RenaBelle Clanton, 82, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014, in Auburndale.

Mrs. Clanton was born in Colorado on Aug. 24, 1931, and has been a longtime resident of Fort Meade. She was a homemaker and member of the Fort Meade Worship Center.

Mrs. Clanton was preceded in death by her husband, R.L. Clanton; son, Robert Lee Clanton; brother, Ernie Coleman; sister, Connie Graham; parents, William and Mildred Saunders Coleman.

She is survived by her sons, Raymond Clanton, Lacey Clanton and David Clanton, all of Fort Meade, Fla.; daughter, Francis Poole and husband Wayne Poole, Cadwell, Ga.; sisters, Alice Hall, Bartow, Fla., and Francis Matthews and Coreen Manning of Colorado; nine grandchildren, Scottie, David, Victoria, Garrett, Brad, Delia, Sarah, William and Amanda; and 21 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at Hancock Funeral Home, 945 E. Broadway, Fort Meade.

Funeral service is 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at the Fort Meade Worship Center, 202 W. Broadway, Fort Meade, Fla..

Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Meade.
