Guns, ammunition and outdoor displays were the focus when The Sebring Gun Show was held Saturday and Sunday at the Highlands County Fairgrounds, hosted by Patriot Productions LLC of Florida.

It was noted that vendors and browsers would be held to federal, state and local firearm ordinances.

The show was open Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday’s hours were 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission was $7 for adults, with children 14 years of age and younger admitted free.

Over 200 exhibits and thousands of self defense products for men and women were featured. Concealed Weapon Permit Classes were offered each day.

In addition, door prizes were handed out both days, including the grand prizes of a rifle and handgun.

Firearms, knives and other gear were welcome to the show for the purpose of appraisal, sale, trade or to obtain accessories. No loaded firearms were allowed, including concealed weapons carried by permit holders. Security checked firearms at the entrances.
