Priscilla Restagno of Lake Placid has graduated from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Mass., with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University’s College of Arts & Sciences. She majored in psychology.
Commencement was held May 19 in Alumni Stadium on the Boston College campus. There were more than 4,000 undergraduate and graduate degree recipients in the Boston College Class of 2014. The Commencement speaker was U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, himself a graduate of Boston College Law School and a decorated Vietnam War veteran who served in the U.S. Senate for 28 years before becoming America’s top diplomat in 2013. Boston College president the Rev. William P. Leahy presented the degrees.
