Frank K. Leonard passed away peacefully Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013. He was 96.

Mr. Leonard is survived by daughters Sue Rosendall of Venus and Karen Leonard-Rubin of Sebastopol, Calif.; a son Kenneth Leonard of Hillsboro, Calif.; seven grandchildren and
11 great-grandchildren.

A World War II veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, he then became owner of Russell House movers in Miami. Mr. Leonard retired in 1976 and moved to Lake Placid, Fla. He was married to Eloise Leonard for 73 years. They had a summer home in Maggie Valley, N.C., and together they traveled the world. He was a member of the Lake Placid Nazarene Church.

Mr. Leonard was interred Friday, Aug. 30, 2013 with a graveside service at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Lake Placid.

Arrangements were entrusted with Scott Funeral Home, Lake Placid.
