The mariachi band returned again this year to make the Law Offices of James M. Weaver, PA as one of the most fun Lake Wales Greater Chamber of Commerce After Hours events. Tuesday night, a crowd of business owners, workers and other members and friends of the chamber attended the event to feast on nachos and homemade salsa, soft tacos supreme and tasty beverages.

James Weaver welcomed the crowd, shared his expertise and what he does.

“I do estate and probate work, an office building attorney, not a court attorney,” Weaver said as he welcomed everyone to the historic arcade building.

Brian Marbutt, chamber president, reminded members of the Dec. 6 holiday lunch at the Lake Wales Country Club, where the passing of the gavel will be performed for the new president only “three weeks and three days away.”

He reminded members of the Sun and Fun location in Lakeland for the county chamber gathering from 5:30- 8 p.m. to be held Nov. 19 in a hangar at the airport.
