Lorette L. Cribbs

Lorette L. Cribbs, 92, of Lake Wales, Fla., went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013, at the Winter Haven Hospital.

She was born Oct. 16, 1921, in Mitchell County, Ga., to Thomas Jefferson and Ether Lee (Hart) Luckey and had been a resident of the area since 1966 moving here from Georgia. She was a retired payroll clerk for the Lake Wales Hospital and was a member of the Westside Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents first husband, John Thomas Reynolds, in 1957; second husband, Felix R. Cribbs, in 2002 and daughter, Ada Leigh Glausier in 1999; two grandsons, Tom and Jay Glausier and a great-grandson, Westin Cribbs.

Survivors include her son, Felix R. “Regi”Cribbs, Jr. and wife, Kimberly, of Lake Wales; daughter, Karen Reynolds of Nowthen, Minn.; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services are 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013, at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with the Rev. Stephen Bolden officiating.
