Lakes Wales High tennis teams love new training techniques

Lake Wales High School tennis players were treated last week to a visit from the Parisi Speed School of Melbourne, Fla., for some professional conditioning and fitness training. Program Director Carl Putman (right) welcomes the students and explains the program and its benefits. The school was started two decades ago by NCAA track All American Bill Parisi. It now has 78 locations in 30 states, and features such alumni as NFL players Ray Rice and Chris Long.
