It’s time once again for Suncoast residents to head out to Englewood Beach for the best seat in the house to watch some world class boat racing.

The Englewood Beach Waterfest OPA Offshore World Championship is now in its third year, and takes place on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 18-19. This installment will be bringing in some of the biggest names in racing, because it’s not just another race weekend. The OPA (Offshore Powerboat Association) utilizes the Englewood site as the culmination of its season.
