It’s once again time for the event that celebrates all things lime, the Key Lime Festival. This year will be the sixth one for the popular festival, which will be held at Fishermen’s Village on Saturday, May 12.
Kathy Burnham, marketing director for Fishermen’s Village, said that a former events coordinator originally came up with the idea for the festival, because she knew how much Southwest Floridians loved Key West. That’s why there are plenty of restaurants and participating vendors which will feature key lime products for sampling and purchase.
