Discover talented artists and craftsmen who share their work from October through April at the Placida Art Market. It's an outdoor event where shoppers discover one-of-a-kind items. During the season, depending on the weather, 40-80 artists show off their wares.

"We never know who will show up," said market organizer, Garry Albritton. "On a cold day it might be 40, but we swell up to 80 during season. The basis for the market is simple. Artists must display original work and be available on-site so customers may meet with them."
