When four good friends decided to purchase a coffee shop and turn it into a fine-dining establishment, they had grand ideas.
According to one of the owners, Greg Gover, "We knew that we didn't want a 'people factory,' and we wanted our guests to enjoy fine dining in a relaxed setting. We decided also that in our restaurant, diners would taste the quality of our dishes because we would use only the freshest ingredients."
