There's an old Irish adage that says there are only two types of people in the world: The Irish and those who wish they were. And it's a well-known fact that one of the few places someone in the second group can feel like those in the first is at an Irish Festival.

Luckily for those people, the 10th Annual Cape Coral Irish Festival is upon us. On Saturday and Sunday, March 1 and 2, the Bavarian Gardens at the German American Social Club will be full of thousands of people who are looking to be Irish for the day.
