Why would the Valentino brothers, Dennis and David, owners of two successful Port Charlotte Italian restaurants, Donato's and Bocca Lupo Coal Fired Pizza, want to open a steakhouse?

"When Mark Costanzo began working at Donato's five years ago we recognized that he was a fellow 'foodie' who shared our passion for restaurants," Dennis explained.
