According to Jim Long, the owner of Cormick's in Venice, he has created the restaurant he always wanted to have.

Cormick's is a small, casual eatery that serves breakfast and lunch, and Long is the proprietor and chef, which means that he is the one who is always there. But because of that, he is able to keep tight control over the quality of the food he serves.
