Melissa Harding-Jones testified during the trial of Keith Wilson last October. Wilson was sentenced to life for the 1999 murder of Pilar Rodriguez. Harding-Jones, Pilar's babysitter at the time, was sentenced to 10 years of supervision.

Melissa Harding-Jones’ voice broke, and she choked back tears several times, as she described the alleged abuse and death of 3-year-old Pilar Rodriguez at the hands of her boyfriend in 1999, Keith Wilson. Wilson is now on trial for second-degree murder.

“I feel guilt every single day — when I see my boys, when I see my two children,” she said. “She can’t go to middle school. She can’t ride her bike like they can.”
