In the last few months, when a celebrity’s name begins to trend on social media or appear on the evening news, the inevitable sexual harassment allegations follow.

The scenario has become somewhat of a common theme as 2017 winds down. And while local entities are not seeing an increase in cases being reported, they are continuing to educate employees to avoid a similar fate to Hollywood.
