PORT CHARLOTTE — Leon Bisson tried everything he could to divert his wife’s attention away from the front of their house Wednesday.

No matter what he did, however, he could not stop Martha Bisson from spotting that van pull in her driveway. When the passengers stepped out, dressed in their red-and-white-striped vests and sporting large red bow ties, she knew she was in for something special — a singing Valentine’s Day card — provided by the Suncoast Statesmen.
