PORT CHARLOTTE — Local resident Maureen Vien hasn’t seen her younger brother James Ray since he shipped off to Vietnam in 1968, but she has never forgotten him.

And now Vien has another token of her brother’s service, thanks to Arcadia resident Amanda Stacey.
