NORTH PORT — City Manager Jonathan Lewis received mostly high praise from commissioners on his annual evaluation. His strong points included leadership and financial management. He scored lower on the city’s economic development efforts.

In his overall rating on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best, Lewis received a score of 4.8 from North Port Mayor Jim Blucher; a 4.6 from both Rhonda DiFranco and Tom Jones; a 4.5 from Cheryl Cook; and a 3 from Linda Yates.
