Michael Minor ... 29-year-old boyfriend of Danielle Dreher who was convicted of killing Danielle's husband Sam Dreher, a Charlotte County firefighter, in August 2012. Today, he will testify against his former girlfriend for Danielle's alleged involvement in helping Minor burglarize the apartment of a woman Sam was spending time with shortly before his death in July 2012. The burglary occurred at the same apartment complex where Sam was killed by Minor a month later.

Sam Dreher ... a former Charlotte County firefighter who was 39 when he was shot twice and killed by his estranged wife's boyfriend in July 2012. Sam and his wife Danielle were separated, going through a divorce, and Sam was shot in the parking lot of a Sarasota apartment complex by 29-year-old Michael Minor. Minor was allegedly trying to break into Sam's car and get his boots that Sam had taken from the North Port home that Sam and Danielle shared. According to Sam's sister Cindy Lutz, Sam took the boots as proof that Danielle was having an affair with Minor for the last few years of their marriage.
