Susan Maulucci resigned from her job as a court magistrate to run for the 12th Circuit judgeship. She had no plan B for what she would do if she didn’t win.
Tuesday night, the 57-year-old didn’t need to worry about it, after garnering about 59 percent, or 55,352 votes. Her opponent Art Jackman received about 41 percent, or 37,958 votes.
