Sandy Frost, 81, of North Port, Fla., passed away Saturday, June 28, 2014.
He was born March 31, 1933, in Beacon, N.Y., to Sands and Evelyn Frost.
Sandy served our country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He moved to this area in 1992, after retiring as the Water Meter Reader for the town of Beacon, where he had worked for 30 years. Locally, Sandy was a parishioner of San Pedro Catholic Church, and had been an avid volunteer and former secretary for the C.H.A.P.S. organization in Charlotte County, Fla.
He is survived by his partner of 41 years, Anthony Paonessa of North Port; as well as many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
Inurnment will be at Gulf Pines Memorial Park in Englewood, Fla.
